Package Device
You will receive an email from us with your Mail-In Form PDF. Print and place in package with your device. Mail to the provided address.

Confirmation
You will get an email confirmation when your package has been received, it is your responsibility to get a quote before mailing in your device.
Repair
Your device will be worked on in the order in which it was received. Quoted time is 1-3 weeks for regular service & 1 - 7 days for expedited service. To be added to Expedited Queue, please mail a check or money order with your package in the amount of $75.
Mail Back
Your device will be mailed back to you once the repair is complete and invoice is paid. Tracking number will also be emailed to you!
