Step 2.

You will receive an email from us with your Form PDF. Print and place in package with your device. Mail to the provided address.

Step 3.

We work on your device. You pay when device is fixed. We mail package back to you after payment.

 

Our current turnaround time for regular service is 2-8 weeks. Expedited service is 1-7 days.

Please note there will be $100 diagnosis fee. If you decide not to go through with the repair to cover the time spent diagnosing your device.
